This role plays a vital part in supporting our 2 Second Lean journey. The successful candidate will encouraged to not only make daily improvements themselves but also encourage and coach others to do the same. It’s important that they model a proactive, solution-focused mindset and help foster a culture of ownership, creativity, and ongoing improvement across our operations.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience or qualifications are not required – we will teach you everything you need to know and provide a full training package to support you.

REQUIREMENTS

• We are looking for individuals who are keen to provide strong, customer-focused, quality service. You will be the face of Juice, regularly visiting customer sites to carry out your responsibilities.
• Hold a full UK driving license for at least 2 years, with a maximum of 3 live penalty points (vehicle insurance requirements).
• Comfortable working autonomously - this role is field based.
• Confident and clear communicator, both written and verbal.
• High levels of organisation and time-keeping.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Android devices.

• Top up the water levels and clean a variety of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) batteries and chargers, e.g. forklift batteries. Completed in line with our customer contracts and requests.
• Use Salesforce and other internal software to provide accurate reports of completed jobs.
• Carry out visual inspections, completing basic repairs where required and able.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service in your day-to-day role.
• Be health and safety conscious whilst carrying out your responsibilities, reporting any issues as and when needed to your line manager.
