Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik (Construction Manager - Electrical) (d/f/m) - Frankfurt, Germany

We are seeking a talented and motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact data center projects in Zurich, Switzerland, and Frankfurt, Germany.

Role Overview:

  • Coordinating and managing the electrical trades
  • Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors
  • Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections
  • Coordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
  • Verifying invoices based on site progress and write progress reports
  • Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations

Role Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively technical career through an apprenticeship
  • Field Experience: At least three years of experience in a similar position
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations, and industry norms
  • Language: Fluency in German and English
  • Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team and clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders
