Tiefbau- und Kranfirmen (technisch und kommerziell) Erstellung von Bauzeitenplänen und Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber Koordination der für die Gewerke beteiligten Firmen sowie mit dem Auftraggeber, dem Bestandsgeber sowie den lokalen Behörden Beaufsichtigung des Baufortschritts, Einhaltung von Fristen und Erfüllung der Qualitätsanforderungen hinsichtlich der Kundenabnahme Mitkalkulation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-Controlling Beaufsichtigung der H&S Maßnahmen Budgetverantwortung für die zugeteilten Standorte Qualifikationen Einschlägige Berufsausbildung (Facharbeiter, Techniker, Ingenieur), optimalerweise im Bereich Tief- oder Hochbau Mind. 3jährige fundierte Erfahrung im Bereich Bauleitung und Projektkoordination Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur sind von Vorteil Verläßlicher Teamplayer mit Erfahrung in der Führung von Montageteams Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office insbes. Excel, Word und PowerPoint) Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch Bundesweite Reisebereitschaft sowie FS B Zusätzliche Informationen: Das Mindestgehalt für 38,5 h/Woche beträgt rund € 60.000,- brutto/Jahr. Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
