Office Manager Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $17–$20/hour About the Role Are you a natural organizer who loves keeping things running like a well-oiled machine? We’re looking for a skilled Office Manager to take the reins of our day-to-day operations. In this role, you’ll wear a lot of hats—overseeing administrative functions, managing vendor relationships, supporting our team, and making sure our office environment stays efficient and welcoming. What You’ll Do Serve as the go-to resource for staff and visitors, creating a professional and welcoming environment Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently Generate and manage invoices, support payment collections, and assist with financial reporting and recordkeeping Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and email communications—routing and responding as appropriate Maintain organized filing systems, office documentation, and digital records Coordinate and schedule jobs, meetings, and appointments to keep projects and teams on track Manage office supply inventory, vendor relationships, and procurement to control costs and prevent shortages Perform accurate data entry and uphold the integrity of company records Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and implement improvements Support leadership and cross-functional teams with special projects and administrative needs as they arise What We’re Looking For Associate’s degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in an office management, administrative coordinator, or senior administrative support role Proficiency in QuickBooks is required; comfort with additional office software and tools is a plus Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage competing priorities Clear, professional communication—both written and verbal—with a confident, solutions-oriented approach Proven ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take initiative without waiting to be told Experience managing vendor relationships, office budgets, or procurement is a plus A team-first mindset and the flexibility to adapt as business needs evolve
