Job Posting Location Nonthaburi Job Summary Create and share work procedures, enhance digital workflows, analyze issues, and support product launches with cross-functional teams. Job Description 1. Create content and communicate information, news, work procedures for the technicians team. 2. Explore new service and improve digitize working process for FBB/3BB team, installer, AIS Fibre GURU and subcontractor. 3. Improve root cause analysis for customer problem from installation and maintenance work. 4. Cooperate with relevant teams such as Business integration, Engineer, Legal, Accounting, etc. to implement and launch products. Qualifications 1.Age 28 - 35 years’ old. 2. Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication, IT or any related field. 3. At least 3 years’ experience in Product Development, Project management, Data Analytic. 4. Good at presentation and communication skills. 5. Ability to engage in verbal, written & visual communications internally & externally across teams. 6. Innovative thinking & able to work with pressure. 7. Good command in English.
