SUMMARY Responsible for production of all BBQ Protein food prep. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Accountable for following recipe guidelines and specs to ensure BBQ Protein Food Prep consistency and quality * Maintain proper food storage, rotation, and organization * Maintain food levels that are consistent with business volume and needs * Accountable for kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards including time and temperature tracking, cooling, and product rotation * Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience * Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * 2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required. * Cannot be convicted of a felony. * Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet. * Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. * Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. * Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative. * Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures. * Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work. * Possess good communication skills to deal with staff. * Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment. * Ability to maintain a neat and clean appearance and convey self-confidence.
