JOB SUMMARY

The BC(A)R & ISO Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with Building Control (Amendment) Regulations [BC(A)R] and managing ISO standards across Vision’s office and project sites. The role supports site management teams in achieving BCMS validation, coordinates with certifiers, oversees ISO processes, and contributes to the company’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Degree in Business, Quality, Environmental, Project Management, Construction, or other relevant discipline
• Previous experience coordinating BC(A)R compliance within the construction industry (desirable)
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 essential; exposure to 27001/50001/19650 (desirable)
• Proven ability to coordinate with certifiers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Experience preparing for and supporting external ISO audits
• Proficiency in digital platforms and software including:
  – Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  – SharePoint / OneDrive
  – Procore
  – Smartsheet
