Our team of BCBAs works collaboratively with clients, families, and staff to create individualized programs that support growth and success. Position Overview The Clinic BCBA/Clinical Supervisor serves as a clinical leader for a specific ABA clinic site, providing clinical oversight, support, and supervision for a caseload of clients. This role reports directly to the Lead Clinic BCBA and works closely with the treatment team to ensure that all aspects of the ABA program are effectively implemented. The BCBA/Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the maintenance of FBS values, staff development, and the success of behavioral interventions. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Ensure FBS values and culture are upheld at all times within the clinic. Oversee the development, implementation, and revision of ABA treatment for assigned clients, including writing, monitoring, and adjusting as needed. Client Assessments: Conduct assessments for all clients on your caseload to guide program development and ensure effective interventions. Clinic Supervision: Be present on the clinic floor during scheduled shifts, overseeing staff and providing direct clinical support to clients as necessary. Supporting clinical decision making as needed. Staff Supervision: Supervise paraprofessionals during clinic hours, offering feedback and training on ABA techniques, including data collection, behavior management strategies, and adherence to treatment plans. Data and Documentation: Ensure that staff are consistently taking accurate data and completing documentation. Monitor and provide feedback on data collection, including daily and weekly behavior logs. FBS currently uses Central Reach for all clinical needs. Collaboration and Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for other BCBAs, treatment team members, and parents. Communicate program updates, client progress, concerns, and feedback efficiently and timely. Treatment Plan Implementation: Ensure that all treatment within the clinic is effective, data-driven, and compassionate By monitoring all ABA services: DTT, BIPS, NET, etc. Parent and Family Interaction: Maintain strong communication, collaboration, and support for the families we service. Collaboration with Other Therapists: Work closely with Occupational Therapists (OT) and Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to ensure coordinated and effective treatment for clients. Training and Development: Support the formal, scheduled and informal, in the-moment training and development of Treatment Coordinators, paraprofessionals, and students at FBS. #fbs1 Requirements BCBA/BCaBA certification Experience with children with Autism and related disabilities Must hold RI state license or currently in application process
