• Conduct functional assessments and analyze data to identify behavioral challenges

• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• • ️ Implement and monitor interventions based on ABA principles
• Track progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation
• Provide training and support to families and RBTs
• Stay up to date with the latest in ABA best practices
