Job Description 🚨 BCBA OPENING — CORDOVA / EAST MEMPHIS, TN 🚨 A brand-new, privately-owned ABA clinic is opening in Cordova, TN and they are actively looking for a BCBA to join from the ground floor. 💰 COMPENSATION: • up to $100,000 base salary • Performance bonuses • $3,000 sign-on bonus • 100% employer-paid medical, dental & vision • PTO + paid holidays 🏥 THE ROLE: • Full-time, in-clinic only (no home ABA) • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Small caseload: 8–12 clients (ages 18 months – 6 years) • 25 billable hours/week target • Supervise RBTs and interns on-site • Work with in-house Speech-Language Pathologist and OT 🌟 WHY THIS ROLE: • Get in early at a NEW clinic — help shape clinical culture from Day 1 • Direct access to ownership and leadership • Not a corporate chain — this is a clinician-first environment • CEU support + ongoing mentorship ✅ REQUIREMENTS: • Active BCBA certification (BACB) • BLS/CPR certified • Early intervention experience preferred Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.

Responsibilities

The BCBA will manage a small caseload of clients aged 18 months to 6 years in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include supervising RBTs and interns while collaborating with in-house SLP and OT professionals.
