Position Overview Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) is seeking a BCBA to provide clinic-based clinical leadership and supervision at our East Portsmouth clinic location. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and is ideal for a BCBA seeking clinical work with a strong leadership support and a clinic/team focused on compassionate treatment. Weekly Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours in clinic 2-3 days in clinic 8:15-3:45 Key Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and leadership for clinic-based ABA services Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to paraprofessionals during clinic hours Observe sessions (including DTT), ensure treatment fidelity, and provide in-the-moment training Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to behavior plans Collaborate with families, treatment team members, and interdisciplinary providers (OT/SLP) Support onboarding and training of new staff and assist with ongoing staff development Assist with behavioral crises and clinical problem-solving during assigned shifts Communicate clinical updates, concerns, and feedback with clinic leadership and the Lead BCBA #fbs1 Requirements Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience supervising staff in a clinic-based ABA setting Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills Must hold RI state license or license eligible
