This innovative program allows our BCBAs to support meaningful school readiness outcomes and is a unique and highly impactful part of our model. • Structured routines modeled after preschool environments • Group learning opportunities and peer interaction • Foundational communication, social, and adaptive skills • Early academic readiness such as prewriting, matching, early counting • Behavior support strategies for classroom expectations • Family collaboration to ensure smooth school transitions SUPPORTING OUR CLINICIANS Through competitive compensation, benefits, and balance Compensation • Salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 based on experience and competency • Up to $16,000 yearly bonus based on consistency and clinical quality - No additional billable hours needed Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision, and 401(k) • Three or more weeks paid time off • Paid maternity/paternity leave • In-house CEUs available • Ongoing mentorship and clear opportunities for growth • Company laptop provided Schedule • Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8-5 • No evenings, weekends, or major holidays! Responsibilities

The BCBA is responsible for delivering high-quality, ethical ABA therapy and managing learner engagement within state-of-the-art centers. They also lead the PREP360 program to support school readiness and facilitate smooth transitions for children into classroom environments.
