Total Compensation Package up to $127,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Your Role * Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services. * Oversee patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices in behavioral health. * Provide training and support to staff on clinical best practices and therapeutic techniques. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs. * Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive, compassionate care. * Foster a culture of teamwork, self-improvement, and professional development within the center.
