We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead the development, evaluation, and continuous improvement of our clinical programs across multiple locations. This role is critical in ensuring the highest standards of educational, clinical, and medical programming for the individuals we serve. As part of the administrative leadership team, the Clinical Director will oversee the implementation of best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS), ensuring staff are fully trained and supported. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a strong commitment to community-based care, and an appreciation for diversity, equity, and inclusion as key factors in organizational success. Key Responsibilities Include: External Relations & Compliance Advocate for individuals by participating in community and policy efforts. Ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and funding requirements. Administration & Staff Development Implement policies set by Senior Management and the Board of Directors. Work with leadership to develop accountability systems and maintain quality services. Promote staff training and professional growth opportunities. Clinical Leadership Develop, implement, and monitor clinical programs to ensure effectiveness. Oversee behavioral data collection systems and modify as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (social services, health services) for clinical programming. Participate in intake, discharge, and individualized support planning (ISP/IEP meetings). Ensure adherence to Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and regulatory guidelines. #admin1 Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field. BCBA-D, BCBA Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience in a clinical, educational, or healthcare setting. Proven experience in program development, evaluation, and staff training. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, Positive Behavior Support, and evidence-based interventions. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and uphold high ethical standards. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice and team management.
