SUMMARY

The role of the BCBA - Clinical Integrity Officer is to oversee and develop the organization’s clinical departments and ensure the clinical integrity of the applied behavior therapy guidelines.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • BACB Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
  • A Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or related field, with specialized knowledge of behavioral health and treatment philosophies and professional practices
  • Displays extensive knowledge and training in behavior analysis
  • A minimum of three years working with children with autism spectrum disorders
  • Previous experience in supervision required

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must abide by The Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts on the BACB
  • Must abide by HIPAA policies set forth by InBloom
  • Must have reliable transportation, driver’s license, insurance, and smartphone
  • Work positively and favorably with consumers, families, and staff
  • Demonstrate compassion, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude
  • Ability and desire to work collaboratively with all team members, departments, and disciplines
  • Requires strong analysis, judgment, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, develop, coordinate and supervise the delivery of client care services
  • Work closely with the VP of Clinical Operations
  • Work closely with the Regional Director of Operations
  • Collaborate with team to facilitate and foster team-building and morale-building processes and events
  • Hire, manage, and train all new BCBAs
  • Manage program development, fiscal budget, and performance improvement
  • Maintain medical records and all other care-related documentation
  • Come up with strategies to allow for continued growth
  • Solve problems quickly and effectively using critical thinking skills
  • Develop and monitor service programs
  • Manage client’s program growth and ensures program sustainability
  • Reviews program services and changes them as necessary to meet the client’s needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise BCBAs
  • Participate in monthly supervision overlaps with BCBAs
  • Hold weekly/biweekly/monthly 1:1 meetings with BCBAs
  • Host biweekly group BCBA meetings
