We are seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support adults in TERI’s Residential and Choices for Adult Learning (CAL) programs, helping ensure the individuals we support experience greater independence, safety, and joy in their daily lives. Responsibilities

The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Support Plans to improve independence and safety for adults with developmental disabilities. They are also responsible for training, coaching, and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and direct support staff.
