Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst The Board-Certified Behavior Analysts designs skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs for children diagnosed with autism. Supervision and professional development of RBTs is an essential component. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will coach & mentor a team of dedicated RBTs. Reaching Milestones will provide the Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with a team-focused clinical environment with support from other highly experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts. Essential Daily Duties These duties should be able to be completed with or without reasonable ADA accommodations. Design skill acquisition programs that teach learning, language, social, and adaptive behaviors. Utilize our in-house clinical practice software, the RMAPP. Develop individualized behavior plans to intervene and reduce challenging behaviors. Supervise, train, and mentor a Team of RBTs. Participate in company meetings, trainings, case reviews, and CEU events. Conduct parent trainings to ensure generalization of treatment results. Job Type: Full-time Requirements Required Education and Experience BCBA Certification; state licensure if required by state law. Eligible applicants must possess a BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) Certification. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional, clinical environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers/tablets, phones, and photocopiers Travel: Services are primarily provided in a clinic-based setting; however, occasional local travel may be required. Physical Demands: This is an active role. This would require the ability to bend, sit, stand, lift, walk, and diaper a child throughout the day. Lifting range is 5-20 lbs. but may exceed 20 lbs. in some cases. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position; Business hours are Monday through Friday (Mon-Thur.) 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. (Fri.) Work schedules may vary depending on location. Supervisory Responsibility: Daily supervision of RBTs while they implement ABA programs. Conduct monthly performance matrix meetings with RBTs.
