SequelCare of Florida is expanding its services and is looking for a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to join our ABA team in our Pinellas market. Through a continuum of services, SequelCare provides education, counseling and supervision to individuals and families in their home community. SequelCare professionals work in conjunction with local resources to develop a strength-based plan to support success for our consumers. SequelCare, like its parent company Sequel Youth and Family Services, believes that our programming and services are among the elite for youth and families in the country. We maintain a close professional working relationship with our customers, clients, and communities. Job Responsibilities The BCBAwill complete behavioral behavior assessments, reassessments, behavior plans, and safety plans for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. This position will design and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving the client’s independent functioning skills. This position will use evidence-based practices and interventions to modify behaviors and increase language, communication, social, independent play and self-help skills.
