What You'll Do We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join a Finance Analyst position in BCG X to support our fast-growing global business model. In this role you’ll work as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team, supporting BCG X Delivery leaders in managing our global business units and scaling our near-shore X Build AP capability hubs in India. Main responsibilities include: Working as a team member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, being a point-of contact for some of our BCG X leaders and other stakeholders managing our global X Delivery business units and X Build AP hubs, providing advice in financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally Financial analysis and reporting business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of wins and assessment of impact on business outlook Contribution to the annual financial planning as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams Supporting the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team with various finance ops matters What You'll Bring Degree in Finance, Economics or Business 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint Experience in professional services environment is a plus Who You'll Work With BCG X leaders, BCG X and BCG Finance teams, other functions (Staffing, HR) Additional info YOU’RE GOOD AT Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong problem solving and analytical skills High level of self-motivation, resourcefulness, ability to take initiative and find creative and effective ways to accomplish tasks Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively cross functions Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
