What You’ll Do

The BCG X Delivery team is looking for a Strategic Programs Director to join the team supporting BCG X Delivery strategic programs and objectives. Key responsibilities of the role will be to:

• Prepare for key leadership forums in BCG and BCG X such as X Operating Committee, X Delivery Leadership Team, OneBCG leadership meetings
• Support the leadership agenda in X Delivery by coordinating and executing communications across regions and teams e.g., townhalls, change communications
• Maintain a holistic view on X Delivery across people, commercials, and strategy and independently derive calls for action for the leadership
• Support creation of Go-to-Market material for X Delivery such as standardized value proofs, capability overviews, and specific offers
• Independently lead cross functional projects outside the scope of ordinary business operations to support offer, people and business strategy such as Deliveryhub strategy. Prepare and deliver management-ready presentations that provide deep insights and influence senior stakeholders. Own and drive change agendas in X Delivery globally
• Work with X Delivery leaders to identify strategic and critical cross-functional priorities and develop the change agenda for X Delivery further
• Orchestrate complex agendas, align senior leadership, prioritize activities and work with others to get things done
• Engage senior stakeholders across X functions and BCG independently to ensure alignment, transparency and access to the right information to provide reporting and analysis to LT
