  • 2–5 years of professional experience in partnerships, business development, solution sales, or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven track record of business solutioning and/or product marketing—turning partner needs into actionable, high-impact use cases
  • Ability to engage in both business and technical discussions with confidence
  • Strong communication skills across email, calls, presentations, and executive-level meetings
  • Exceptional research and problem-solving skills; able to identify and unlock strategic opportunities
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple partnership cycles simultaneously

Responsibilities
  • Drive partnership strategy & pipeline: Independently source, qualify, and manage a pipeline of strategic partners through person networks, outreach email, LinkedIn, calls, and events.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships: Own follow-ups, host regular check-ins, and cultivate executive-level relationships that result in long-term collaborations.
  • Shape business solutions with partners: Work closely with partners to uncover challenges, co-develop integration use cases, and position Manus’s solutions to deliver measurable ROI.
  • Be the product–partner bridge: Develop deep product knowledge and fluency in technical requirements to confidently translate between partner needs and product capabilities.
  • Lead negotiations & influence outcomes: Run partnership discussions with senior stakeholders, aligning on business terms, timelines, and shared objectives.
  • Full lifecycle ownership: Take charge from prospecting through solution scoping, onboarding, launch execution, and ongoing performance tracking.
  • Measure & optimize impact: Track KPIs, analyze partnership outcomes, and propose strategies to maximize mutual value and scalability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and strategically aligned.
