Job Description This role is based in our K11 Atelier office. Role Overview We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager to oversee the sales and BD activities of Super Terminal Expo. Super Terminal Expo focuses on intermodal terminal design & development, exploring the unique challenges and opportunities in intermodal transportation hubs, with a focus on airports. This position is great opportunity for you to leverage your knowledge, experience and network in aviation sector and make an impact on the industry. Key responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities to increase market share or penetration of Super Terminal Exposition solutions, conduct presentations, support, and commercial negotiation sales activities. Achieve sales and renewal targets for assigned markets and customers within the designated sales area. Plan, organize, and execute sales activities to develop revenue opportunities and maximize revenue growth. Regularly report and forecast performance against targets. Maintain accurate and informative lead and customer records using Salesforce.com. Any other duties the Employee may be instructed to carry out by the board of directors from time to time that are reasonably within the scope of the Employee’s job position and work capabilities. Qualifications Established network relationships with customers in the aviation industry More than 5 years of sales experience Native Mandarin speaker with fluent spoken English Sales or other similar certifications would be an additional advantage Additional Information We believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
