The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Developer to join our Sales department. This role focuses on everything that happens with a lead before the first sales call — from sourcing and outreach to messaging and securing bookings.
The ideal candidate is organized, data-driven, and curious about the nuances of language and sales psychology. You’ll be supported by our Revenue Advisor while having the autonomy to manage your own daily workflow.

What You’ll Do

  • Source, identify, and qualify potential leads within our target industries.
  • Conduct outreach via one primary channel (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X) with the goal of securing booked calls.
  • Leverage outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, nReach, Waalaxy, Drippi) to scale and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Track all outreach activities and lead statuses.
  • Continuously refine messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Advisor to set and meet KPIs (initial focus: calls booked).
  • Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales.
  • Familiarity with at least one outreach channel (Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, or X).
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with web3/crypto culture (personal is enough)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in communications, tech, or crypto/Web3 industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools.
  • Understanding of sales psychology and persuasion techniques.
