We help B2B SaaS companies like GlossGenius, Robin AI, and brands like Nestlé grow pipeline using AI-led outbound and data-driven GTM execution. We’re now expanding our in-house Sales team and looking for a BD & Outbound Sales Specialist to run multichannel outbound, intent-signal campaigns, generate meetings, and fuel revenue growth. About the Role We’re looking for an agile and execution-focused BD & Outbound Campaign Specialist to help us launch high-signal outbound campaigns targeting niche ICPs. You’ll move fast, experiment boldly, and collaborate closely with marketing and AEs to drive meetings and pipeline. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment. What You’ll Do Launch outbound campaigns based on real-time triggers (funding, hiring, signals, tech changes) Build Outbound & Inbound-led Outbound workflows Design workflows that involve Email, LinkedIn, and Calling Build workflows using Clay, Instantly & Lemlist Craft and test new offers and sequences Manage high-quality lead data Collaborate with AEs to hand off leads Conduct qualification calls and ensure high quality meetings through BANT qualification Track performance, optimize messaging, and scale winning plays 3+ years in outbound, or BD roles Demonstrated results of driving sales meetings consistently Hands-on with tools like Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator Fast, curious, and creative - not afraid to test and iterate Detail-oriented, data-driven, and execution-focused Experience in targeting ABM accounts Excellent written & spoken English (bonus: German or other EU language) Your Goals Book 10+ qualified meetings/week across campaigns Maintain sales qualification rate above 50% Build signal-based targeting and campaign automations with AI & personalization Remote-first and flexible working culture A fast-moving environment where you’ll learn and use cutting-edge tools Creative and impactful work with visible results Cutting-edge Outbound & GTM expertise #1 of the top brands in GTM Room to experiment and shape outbound strategy Performance-based bonus structure Opportunity to grow alongside two fast-scaling visual tech brands
