Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities

Reporting to the BDC Team Lead, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, scheduling service appointments, following up on service inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer service experience across UpAuto’s 6 car dealership service departments.

  • Conduct outbound calls to customers to ensure remind them when they are due for service and schedule their recommended maintenance appointment
  • Respond to inbound calls from customers to book service appointments
  • Conduct customer satisfaction calls after appointments are completed and ensure high guest satisfaction standards
  • Listen carefully to customer’s description of vehicle symptoms, clarifying description of problems, checking vehicle maintenance records and examining service schedules to correctly book the appointment, using Dealership Management and CRM software
  • Respond to email appointment requests generated through on-line booking systems
  • Communicate in a professional manner with customers via phone, email and text
  • Continuously check voicemails and return customer appointment calls
  • Contact outbound calls inform customers of safety recall campaigns relevant to their vehicles
  • Ensure all callers receive prompt, friendly, impeccable customer service
  • Work on special Service and Sales campaigns as directed
