KIA of Old Saybrook is now hiring extremely talented and professional Business Development Representatives to handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for customers. Call center, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. What is required is a positive, upbeat, and competitive attitude. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. You will join a small team in a highly collaborative and upbeat department poised for growth. Responsibilities include: * Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, un-sold traffic, lease renewals, etc. * Answer incoming phone calls according to a proven script and schedule sales appointments * Confirm appointments and re-schedule missed appointments * Maintain accurate records and update customer changes in our database * Contact current customer base on current marketing incentives and proactive campaigns Job Requirements * Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner * Upbeat, positive, and competitive personality * Strong computer and Internet skills * Call center, collections, inside sales experience is a plus * Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results * Submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment background check This is a full-time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules.
