Description JOHN LEE NISSAN SERVICE John Lee Nissan is expanding our Service BDC team and looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized under pressure, and delivers a positive customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping guide them with clear information and consistent follow-through. Proven experience in a service, sales, or telemarketing role. Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Knowledge of the industry’s products and services, with a willingness to undergo continuous training. Must have reliable transportation. Must have a super positive attitude and be " people person "
