Holman Princeton BMW is currently seeking a highly motivated; customer focused Lead Management Consultant to join our Holman family! This in-store role is crucial in creating and maintaining a productive relationship between our virtual BDC and the Store to increase sales.

Responsibilities
  • Maximizing Internet Lead and Portfolio Management TO performance
  • Facilitate effective TO distribution to Sales Advisors
  • Follow-up with TO’s to ensure work-flows have been executed
  • Review internal notes ensuring each TO is handled personally and promptly
  • Keep daily notes on TO activity to ensure a regular follow up and reporting process
  • Be fully prepared for daily appointments
  • Confirm appointments prior to arrival time
  • Reschedule “No Show” appointments when necessary
  • Understand importance and benefits to the retail business
  • Identify opportunities to build trust and mutual respect
