JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) for the Service Department is responsible for driving customer engagement, increasing service appointments, and enhancing customer retention. The BDC works closely with service advisors, technicians, and sales teams to optimize service department performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Previous experience in a dealership, customer service, or business development role preferred.
  • Valid G License
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Customer retention orientation
Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, text messages and web bookings to schedule service appointments.
  • Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, maintenance needs, and post service satisfaction
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the dealership’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate in areas of marketing and loyalty related to service offerings
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer guidelines
