This is not a call center job — this is a leadership role for a proven professional with the skill and drive to turn digital opportunities into real-world sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven success as a BDC Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or Director in a franchised automotive dealership
  • Verifiable record of achieving or exceeding performance metrics (references required)
  • Strong CRM proficiency (VinSolutions, Elead, DealerSocket, or equivalent)
  • High-level negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to drive a team and manage performance
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the Business Development Center (BDC) with a focus on results
  • Manage inbound internet leads, phone calls, and CRM-driven communications
  • Train, coach, and hold BDC staff accountable to performance standards
  • Develop appointment strategies that drive showroom traffic and high closing ratios
  • Provide accurate reporting on KPIs: lead response time, set-to-show rate, conversions
  • Partner with Sales and Finance leadership for seamless handoffs and client satisfaction
  • Engage with potential customers via online platforms, phone, and digital tools
  • Upsell additional products and services based on customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain accurate inventory awareness and apply retail math for pricing and promotions
  • Represent the dealership in presentations or group settings as needed
