    • Leadership and Team Management:



      • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of BDC representatives.



        • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth.



          • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to help team members achieve goals.



            • Delegate responsibilities effectively and empower team members to take ownership of their work.



              • Lead Generation and Sales Process:



                • Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation through inbound and outbound calling campaigns.



                  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead qualification, appointment setting, and conversion rates.



                    • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.



                      • Implement and optimize BDC processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.



                        • Provide ongoing coaching and support to BDC representatives to improve their sales skills and techniques.



                          • Reporting and Communication:



                            • Prepare and present regular reports on BDC performance to management.



                              • Communicate effectively with team members, sales representatives, and other departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.



                                • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in BDC management.



                                  • Sales and Revenue Growth:



                                    • Develop and implement sales and revenue growth strategies for the BDC department.



                                      • Set and achieve ambitious sales goals for the team.



                                        • Collaborate with sales representatives to close deals and maximize revenue.



                                          • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.

                                          QUALIFICATIONS:



                                            • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a BDC or sales management role.
