* Manage performance of BDC to ensure targets and CX levels are met in accordance to the Bank’s guidelines policies and procedures, as well as provide feedback on system enhancement for productivity standards to Head Office. * Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training BDC Supervisors and BDC Sales Executives * Accomplishes BDC Supervisors and BDC Sales Executives results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results. * Plans, monitors and appraises overall, team and individual KPI. * Accomplishes financial objectives by forecast requirements, scheduling, planning, analysing and initiating. * To ensure BDC Location achieve monthly sales and revenue target * Train, motivate, coach, counsel and disciplines BDC Supervisors and BDC Sales Executives in achieving their individual targets; * Prepare monthly performance reports to be submitted to Head Office; * Resolve operational and administrative issues and escalate all critical or unresolved issues to head office * Ensure BDC team adheres strictly to CIMB policies and procedures, audit compliance and BNM guidelines. * Facilitate and assist auditors in the execution of audit activities at BDC. * Monitor and provide competitor and/or customer feedback and/or activities to Head Office;  * External - To develop and build long-term business relationships from different stakeholders and new customers accounts from different segments and industries; * Internal - To develop and build long-term business relationship with Branch Managers, RMs, CSO & others * Coaches and counsels BDC Staff to reflect company service standards and procedures in after every activities/events * Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates each piece of activities/event business to ensure business can be properly serviced and improves * Drive and achieve monthly new sales acquisition targets assigned by senior management. * Consistently to develop opportunities for personal and professional growth. * Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management in support of the Bank’s operations.
Responsibilities
Manage the performance and staffing of the BDC to ensure sales targets and customer experience levels are met. Oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance with BNM guidelines, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
