ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Automotive BDC Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our Business Development Center. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement, appointments, and sales. * Manage and train a team of BDC representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Be consistently available to support, guide, and manage the team to ensure optimal performance. * Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless lead-handling processes. * Maintain high standards of communication across phone, email, text, and video channels. * Leverage video technology as a key tool to engage leads, explain processes, and enhance the customer experience.
