Description

The Business Development Center (BDC) Manager will oversee the sales team that handles inbound and outbound customer interactions. focusing on lead generation, appointment setting, and customer relationship management within the dealership. They are responsible for the overall performance of the BDC, including training, and motivating staff, as well as developing strategies to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Management: Implementing strategies to generate leads through various channels, including digital marketing campaigns and phone outreach. Managing and distributing leads to sales representatives, ensuring prompt and efficient follow-up.
  • Appointment Setting: Scheduling appointments for sales, managing appointment calendars, and following up with no-show customers.
  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and coaching BDC staff, setting performance goals, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Customer Communication: Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly, utilizing effective communication techniques to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing BDC performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and creating reports for management.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as sales and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience and alignment on goals.
  • Technology Management: Utilizing CRM systems and other technologies to manage customer interactions and track performance.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and standards in all BDC activities.
  • Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date on industry best practices and implementing new strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
