BDC MANAGER – PERFORMANCE FORD RANDOLPH NJ  Location: Performance Ford Randolph NJ Compensation: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (performance-based) Benefits: Full Benefits Package + 401(k) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead and elevate our sales operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle performance, developing a strong team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
