Description Meyer’s RV Superstores is looking for a motivated and organized BDC & Marketing Support Representative to join our team at our Caledonia location. This position plays an important role in supporting both our sales and marketing teams by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with dealership marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction, marketing, and a fast-paced dealership environment, with opportunities for growth as our company continues to expand. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound internet leads and customer inquiries Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in our systems Coordinate communication between customers and the sales team Photograph RV inventory for online listings and marketing use Assist with marketing initiatives Support online listings and promotions Help prepare units and materials for RV shows, dealership events, and special promotions Provide general administrative and marketing support to the dealership team Requirements Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with attention to detail Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and social media platforms Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Marketing and sales support experience is a plus Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission Opportunity for growth within a growing company Supportive team environment Experience in both customer relations and marketing
