You’ll work alongside our sales team, handling customer inquiries and helping guide guests through the early stages of their car-buying journey.

• Be the first point of contact for sales & service inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Respond to internet leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with the Sales and Service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate notes and updates in our CRM system
• You’ll be trained to confidently handle high-volume outreach and maximize customer connections—no cold calling required
