Log all activity in our CRM Requirements At least 1 year of experience in customer service Proficient in all basic computer operating systems, Windows, Google, Microsoft, etc. Must have strong customer service skills, phone & email etiquette SCHEDULE: 5-day work week, which may include Saturdays or Sundays; 8-hour shifts may vary, starting with either opening or closing shifts.
