We are seeking a driven and customer-focused BDC Representative to handle incoming leads, follow up with prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and confident on the phone and via text/email.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a BDC, call centre, or customer service role is an asset
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable using CRMs, Google Sheets, and dealership tools
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Automotive industry experience is a bonus but not required
• Bilingual (English + another language) is an asset

• Respond to internet leads, inbound calls, and online inquiries in a timely, professional manner
• Follow up with unsold leads, missed appointments, and previous customers
• Schedule appointments and test drives for the sales team
• Maintain CRM with accurate notes and updates
• Handle outbound campaigns for new promotions, financing offers, and dealership events
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth customer hand-offs
• Track and report daily performance metrics
