Hunter Auto Group is seeking a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our growing dealership team. If you have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or sales—and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment—we want to meet you. Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, motivation, and a positive attitude. As our BDC Sales Agent, you’ll play a vital role in creating first impressions, generating opportunities, and supporting our showroom team. You’ll be the bridge between online inquiries and in-store visits, delivering an exceptional experience from the very first interaction.
