Manage the day-to-day operations of BDC and to market consumer products, specifically foreign currency notes and remittance to customers Perform all transactions in compliance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies; Focus and achieve individual targets while understanding and assisting team sales targets; To up-sell foreign exchange currencies and promote remittance via CIMB; Assist current and potential customers in their banking needs; Attend customer requests, inquiries, problems and complaints; Develop and build long-term relationship with customers; Manage offsite BDC whenever required.
