EXCITING CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR A BDC SALES EXECUTIVE AT JAMES AUTO GROUP(JAG)!

James Auto Group (JAG) is looking for a highly motivated and energetic BDC Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a BDC Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by generating, managing, and following up on leads from inbound and outbound communications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about the automotive industry and customer service, looking to be part of a supportive and successful team.
The position will be based in Mississauga, Ontario, and will provide sales support for our network of dealership brands, including Stratford Nissan.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
  • Previous sales, customer service, or automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Full-time availability (40 hours per week).
  • Willingness to work Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels to generate and nurture sales leads.
  • Manage customer inquiries and leads through our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up with potential customers, providing information, answering questions, and scheduling appointments with our sales team.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through consistent communication and professional service.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly managed and appointments are successfully booked.
  • Assist in driving sales efforts by contributing to lead conversion and customer retention strategies.
