This role is ideal for individuals who are excited about helping customers find the right vehicle while growing their career in a supportive, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Handling of incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, texts and chats. Make outbound calls/texts/emails in correspondence to internet inquiries about vehicles. Following up in a manner that results in the customer visiting the dealership. Follow up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales. Prospect follow-up calls, set appointments for sales. Candidate Qualifications: Positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
