We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDC Sales Representative to join our Business Development Center and help drive dealership growth through effective customer engagement and lead management. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and engage with potential clients to understand their needs. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team by understanding customer requirements and offering relevant information. Follow up with customers to nurture relationships, ensure satisfaction, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer information and follow up logs using CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead to sale. Meet and exceed daily and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting goals. Provide detailed product and promotional information to customers. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, professionally, and courteously. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Qualifications: Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with phone and computer-based work. Familiarity with CRM tools such as VinSolutions, Elead, or Reynolds & Reynolds (a plus).
