Description Johnson Motors is looking for a phone/internet specialist to work in our Business Development Center in New Richmond, WI. The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead management activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. Don’t worry: NO COLD CALLING! Career Responsibilities: Drive traffic for the sales and/or service departments by coordinating appointments for prospective customers by: Handling incoming calls Following up on guest visits via phone and email Responding to online requests Following up with past customers Sell/Inform customers on the reasons to visit our dealerships. Forward ANY customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up. Submit to and successfully complete background check. Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations. Dealership experience preferred but not required. Call Center experience preferred but not required.
