Seeking a BDC Service Agent to join the team at Hunter Auto Group! Hunter Auto Group is looking for a motivated Service BDC Agent to help support our growing service department. This role focuses on helping customers schedule service appointments, answering incoming calls, and following up with customers to keep their vehicles maintained. What You'll Do: Answer incoming customer calls and schedule service appointments Make outbound calls to customers regarding service needs Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email Enter and maintain accurate customer information in our system Communicate with service advisors and internal teams to support scheduling What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping customers and can stay organized in a busy environment.
