The BDC (Business Development Center) Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The pay is $18-$25 per hour, depending on experience. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and employees receive a day off after working a Saturday. Onsite Gym Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all service inquiries received via phone and email. Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to address their service needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Communicate with the service team to ensure that all customer requests are met promptly. Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Perform follow-up calls after service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in coordinating special service promotions and campaigns. Monitor and respond to online service inquiries and appointment requests. Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed service department goals. Job Requirements A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate's or bachelor’s degree are preferred. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service-related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of automotive services or dealership operations is a plus. Strong keyboarding/typing skills Must be able to pass a background check.
