Description DEPARTMENT : Service REPORTS TO: Service BDC Manager Exempt Status: Exempt (MN Statute 177.23(7)(6)) SUMMARY: As our dealership BDC Representative, you will communicate with our current and prospective customers via email, phone & text. In this position, you will respond to our internet leads and schedule appointments for our service teams Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to internet leads from our website and third-party sites while achieving the current goal response time Achieve current goal for outgoing calls Schedule confirmed appointments meeting the current per day goal Obtain new customers while raising CSI Update and purify customer records Follow the direction of the Service manager and general manger You will also responsible for working with the department managers in order to maximize opportunities by helping with customer follow up. Strict adherence to Hilltop Camper and RV’s company policies, as written in the Company Handbook Qualification requirements: Language Skills: Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers Ability to effectively present information to fellow employees, management, and owners May not use offensive language Decision-Making Authority: May not negotiate deals with customers May not knowingly misinform customers May not delete customer record card/opportunity information May not schedule appointments outside of guidelines May not offer concessions on behalf of dealership Other Skills/Abilities/Specifications: Reflect a positive attitude about the Dealership Vested interest in Dealership success Possess a professional attitude when dealing with customers, employees, and others Upbeat, positive, “smile” on phone Quick learner No fear of change Ability to work in a Process Driven Work Environment PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to spend much of the workday at a computer. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Must be able to excel in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment. EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS USED: Able to use multiple software applications and/or learn the applications of unfamiliar software as required. Computer proficient and comfortable communicating via email and on the phone.
Responsibilities
