You would report directly to the BDC Manager. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, required Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service BDC experience (Preferred) Minimum 3 year of previous customer service experience Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills Must be able to work weekends Must have a drive, passion and confidence to be successful Professional appearance and work ethic a must Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary) Ability to multitask in a demanding environment Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Valid driver's license Essential Duties, but not limited to: Follow up with prospective customers in response to online inquiries from our website and other sources via outbound calls, texts and email. Answer inbound sales calls and assist clients with all questions, and or connect them with appropriate department personnel. Coordinate appointments for sales and internet sales departments and ensure clients are being helped promptly and information is provided accurately. Maintain follow up in customer management system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer. Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and be devoted to guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers. Establish personal goals that are consistent with the dealership’s standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals. Follow all company policies and procedures and processes.
