The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the BDC Manager in driving sales performance, managing team operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve results. - Collaborate with BDC Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Help create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. - Prepare regular reports on team performance and sales activities for management. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a BDC or automotive environment. - Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high performance. - Proficient in using CRM software and sales analytics tools. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
